Introduction
The machine can be connected with the automatic screen printing machine to be the new production line integrating UV curing as well as the cast & cure process.
The cast&cure process can give a holographic effect and make your products more upscale. In addition, due to the printing principle of cast&cure, the cast&cure film(OPP film) can be used repeatedly in printing engineering, reducing costs and protecting the environment.
Function Introduction of each system of the production line
1)UV Curing function
The UV transparent varnish is printed on the paper by the screen printing machine, the production line is equipped with UV curing lamps, which can dry and cure UV ink.
2)Cast & Cure function
We broke the traditional process of achieving the laser effect by covering laser film on the package and used a new embossing transfer technology to cast holographic lines with the laser film through silk screen UV transfer varnish, so as to make the laser effect appear on the full plate or local position of the paper. After the cast and cure process, the laser film can be recycled and reused to save the film cost.
Main Advantages
A.Touch screen integrated control of the whole machine, with various fault prompts and alarms, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.
B.The UV lamp adopts electronic power supply (stepless dimming control), which can flexibly set the energy intensity of the UV lamp according to the process requirements to save energy and power.
C.When the equipment is in the standby state, the UV lamp will automatically switch to the low power consumption state. When the paper is detected, the UV lamp will automatically switch back to the working state to save energy and power.
D.The equipment has a film cutting and pressing platform, which makes it easier to change film.
