7. CNC sensor alignment system: When the paper reaches the front lay and side lay position, the CNC sensor automatically aligns, causing slight misalignment or displacement, automatic shutdown or pressure release, ensuring high accuracy of printing and reduce the waste of printing product;
8. Rubber scraper system: Double cams control the squeegee rubber and ink knife action separately; Squeegee rubber with pneumatic pressure maintaining device, make the printed image more clearly and more uniform of the ink layer.
9. Screen structure: The screen frame can be pulled out which is convenient to clean the screen mesh and the cylinder. Meanwhile the ink plate system also can avoid the ink dropping onto the table and the cylinder.
10. Output table: can be folded down at 90 degrees, making it easier to adjust the screen, install the squeegee rubber/knife and clean mesh or checking; Equipped with vacuum suction to ensure the sheet delivered stably; Double wide belts conveyor: eliminates tearing of paper edges by the belt.
11. Centralized lubrication control system: automatic lubrication of the main transmission and main components, effectively extending the use life, keeping the accuracy of the machine;
