Introduction
The equipment is designed and manufactured with foreign mature technology design concept, which can be dried and cured for screen printing UV ink and solvent ink, and special process production for wrinkle ink and snowflake ink. It is equipped with humidifier for moisture supplement after paper heating, and water cooler for paper.
The cooling after heating, the device adopts touch screen intelligent control, and the operation is flexible and convenient.

2.Better use of German Siemens PLC for centralized control response.
3.With the network debugging module, it can remotely judge the problem and can be modified and checked.
4.Uv lamp using electronic power supply(infinite dimming control) can be flexibly set according to the process requirements of UV lamp energy strength, energy saving and electricity saving.
5.When the machine is in standby state, the UV lamp will automatically switch to low power consumption state. When the paper is detected, the UV lamp will automatically switch back to the working state.It helps to do energy saving and electricity saving.
6.Uv lamp box is equipped with heat insulation glasses(removable),which can effectively block UV lamp heat,reduce the impact of paper by heat.
7.The mesh belt of machine is equipped with the cylinder automatic deviation correction function.
8.The machine has the function of paper blocking alarm and automatic uv light extinguishing. Opening the function can make the system automatically respond when the paper blocking occurs to prevent the paper from the catching fire.
9.The paper collector can be linked with the host signal, and the screen printing machine stop button and start button are reserved.
